Hey!
So i've had a Seagate HD Barracuda, model ST2000Dm001 FW: CC44. When I plug it to computer throught a usb-sata connector Windows is installing drivers but i can't see the drive in Computer section. DMDE see it but it is working really slow and it doesnt read sectors (can't create a sector copy). I bought myself a USB terminal for Tx and Rx pins nad this is what i see in a terminal program. Can anyone help me?

It shows the characters but sometimes it stops. Then i pres Ctrl + Z and it goes again.

The interface appears to be dropping bits (0x2F versus 0x6F). This is indicative of a mismatch in the voltage levels, or possibly a grounding problem.

Code:
Offset(h) 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0A 0B 0C 0D 0E 0F

00000000  42 2F 6F 74                                      B/ot

Can you measure the voltages at the Tx/Rx pins of the drive?

Also measure those same voltages at the TTL adapter.
