Hitachi HDD beeping sound. (Pics/Vid included)

I'll be fast and simple and hopefully someone can help.

I have a drive, had it in my external dock... Knocked it over (Dang it!) but it was VERY lightly knocked over

HDD now beeps and clicks every 2 seconds almost like its a hard drive on a heart monitor... lol

Here is a video of the beeping
https://vid.me/t49V

So I opened it up (YIKES!) But its okay... i have everything backed up... maybe a few missing files but in all honesty its fine... if I have to chuck the drive then so be it.... But I would like to do anything and everything possible to fix it if possible...

The dock works fine as I have tried another HDD in at with 100% success.

The HDD itself is a Hitachi APR-2009 1 TB.
The platter turns fine when spun in the center... Not sure if the heads are out of position so I opened it up, snapped a few pics and closed her back up and didnt touch a single thing besides spinning the platter.

Hopefully some of you guys will be able to see the pictures and notice something that may be wrong. If you do please let me know!

And please forgive me if I used the wrong words to explain things...

You can use that drive from some DIY projects, don't expect to "fix it"

Besides the incredible amount of dust around and inside the drive, it looks like the heads are damaged/misaligned. It's a good thing you don't expect to recover any data. Bin it, for sure.
