Hey..
When problem begun first time, computer was recognising hdd hardly..after try to connect many times..Now it doesnt recognise at all...Just the led is blinking, there is no any sound...motor doesnt turn..i checked out the motor connection with multimeter, there is no voltage.
First i think i would solve problem with changing sata-usb converting card (box) but it doesnt help (now i am sure that both is working)
After watching a video in utube, i oepened cover of hdd (to be sure head doesnt stucked on disc, it was in parking possetion)
Probably problem is the pcb, is there any solution /check to pcb....or i have to change it ?
(sorry for my English)

The problems could be many. Might PCB, but other could be too. Need expertise and proper imaging equipment to maximize chances of success.

I did not forget. Just saying that that is not the fault that caused the drive to stop working. Opening was a bad idea as always.

If you upload detailed photos of both sides of the PCB, I will try to help you.

Measure the Vcore, Vio, and 5V test points in the attachments. Use a screw hole as your ground reference.

As fzabkar said, you can check voltages in the showed points.
Step by step:
problem with +5 V -> inductor and/or suppressor (diode)
problem with V core / IO Voltage -> MOSFET DC/DC converter (or surround elements)
if voltages are OK -> motor driver IC (or surround elements)
With less probability, it can be problem with MPU, but it's rare enough. BTW, do you have any activity in terminal? Log?
As it said above opening the drive was a bad idea, so close carefully and do not touch ;)
Fastest way to solve problem - check preamp voltage pins for short circuit, move ROM IC to the good PCB and proceed working with drive with new PCB (with original ROM). Good luck.

if Vcore : 1 V, and Vio : 2.3 V, other 5Vs seems ok.
i know openening it wasnt a good idea but i came the point all or nothing.and in video he says its often problem (stucking head) so i thought i found the solution.i was careful, didnt touch disc.
if i can be sure that fault is in PCB, i will try to find new one (complete hdd) and replace it.

thank you for response.
