merhaba Abi.

there are underlying issues with hard drive.
need to diagnose it first.

Very likely surface is damaged.
Check SMART with CrystalDisk, if you see reported errors on attributes 'pending sectors' or 'reallocated sectors' then is definitely surface issue.

Ok I will check but if it is surface problem, is that means data can not be recovered ?

do you need data on the drive ?
why quick format it ?

its probably a FW / Bad Sectors or worse case 1 of head has issue.
I can check remotely if data is required, let me know your skype id.

Actually, recovery utility and SMART directly tells about problem (bad-sectors). Cloning the drive is necessary (by any possible type of tool/equipment), then scan&copy process.

Drive have current pending sectors so RE-LO list have entries and that list is loaded to RAM taking up resources
Wow :)

First of all, having pending problem (slow processing/responding) drive will give ID with big delay. So how much time user spent for getting drive ID? In second, drive is USB and for such drives it is normal to have big delays during processing of bad sectors. Of course, pending process could go collaterally increasing delays. Utility goes (trying to read) by equal ranges (4096 sectors) with CRC error. Did it read anything within this ranges? Or it jumps over problem areas with fixed ranges? If no, so problem could be up to heads problem. Did it read anything before 1 milllion LBA? Problem could be a pending/bs issue up to heads problem.
One thing is clear - this situation oversteps the limits of usual customer, so preferably to ask for help of professional (until drive get worse).
apply a mod 02 patch and clear RE-LO

No need to clear mod 32 if you edit mod 02 correctly.
