Data Recovery Hard Drive wd USB 3.0

Hello friends
I have received the customer's portable hard drive USB 3.0.
WD my passport 500gb PN: WDBKXH5000ABL
Currently not detect plugged smooth rotary engine does not sound weird
hope you help me recover data
I use PC3000

As implied by "VaibhavS", you have to convert it to sata first for proper diagnostic

USB -> SATA
771859 - 771852
771949 - 771959
771962 - 771931

the ROM chip or its contents must be transferred

USB -> SATA
771961 - 771960, 771939, or 771959

need to transfer the ROM chip (or its contents)
also need to take care on SED ... I hope you know the drill
