I have the password for an encrypted damaged partition HFS+.
How do i decrypt partition from windows ?

You need OSX or emulate Mac system on a PC by using virtual machine

Actually quite easily.
Just use Mac Drive.
http://www.mediafour.com/software/macdrive/If you have no luck then "Hackintosh"

or
Connect the drive to a Mac with a USB dock etc.
