Unfortunatly I didn't save orginal rom from this disk and now I can't run disk. Please share this file.

Musisz generować na nowo Adaptywy Sa, Head mapę Config 4F, 0D na nowo:P

Im not have a ROM for your Drive.
btw, annother ROm not helpful for this case.
