I use hard drive 2TB Raid 0
Used in the NAS system
I formatted the hard drive and the loss of all data
Hope you help me what software to recover data in this case

You are working in dataRecovery field and you deleted own data from NAS ?
Create raid0 in R-studio and start scan process. Most probably NAS been used under linux FS , therefore there is almost no chances to recover structured data, only RAW recovery.

I know I am bit late but curious to reply as there are very less chances of recovery in this case. You have already tried so much. I would say if data is that necessary then go to the professionals for guidance. You may be you get solution. If you find it worth then take their help in recovery.Instead of doing so much of experiments take their consultation.
