 Post subject: WD3200BEVT-22ZCT0 problem

Hello
I have disk WD3200BEVT-22ZCT0. So after connecting power supplier disk start spining but for a moment is one click and stoping spinning, for the moment he start again spinning and also one time click and motor stpped spining. It try start 2 times.

First time I thought that this is a head issue. So I replaced head from donor, but after that I have the same symptoms. Also put orginal head to donor drive and disk not clicking and working

I'm using wd marvel software. When I tried save resources from drive a have this message:

I'm pretty sure he said he put the original heads in the donor and it works. So that rules out compatibility issues. Probably media / SA damage.

ISTM that WD Marvel has successfully retrieved module ID01 and is trying to retrieve the other SA modules in the order that they appear in the directory. If so, then it seems odd to me that ID01 is readable but the surrounding modules are not.

Thanks for your answers.
Yes i replaced head in clean room. So i replaced head between donor and patient. Donor with head from patient work without clicking. Patient with head from Donor has the same symptoms, motor start work, one clicking, motor stop working and again start, clicking and stop.

New heads are not compatibile with patient, or change head is not work.
This OP destroy harddrive, and sell to aukcion site.
