hi, i've got an xbox360 official hdd.

By mistake i've initialized'it in my computer. I've found on the web that these drives needs to have a security sector who must contain the serial number of the hdd, but unfortunately i've only found security sectors that dont matches my hdd s/n.

I would like to change my hdd s/n to match the s/n in the hddss.bin found on the web.

I tried with an usb to ttl with pl2303 connected to TX RX and GNDon my hdd, power up then ctrl-z but i can't dialog with my hdd.

Does someone ever have this problem?
Appologies for my english, i'm french.

Thanks for helping.

AIUI, the HDSSS.BIN file that is used by HDDHackr is a copy of sectors 16-22. Initialising a drive in MBR mode would not normally touch these sectors, AFAIK.
