It is possible to replace the TVS AE5L diode with the diode 6UAZ049.

I have already been told that component has to replace the AE 5LZQL diode but in my country there are not, and I can only remove them from another board.
Thanks for reading and I hope someone can help me.

That part should be OK.

SMA6J5.0A, STMicroelectronics, marking 6UA, 5V TVS diode:
