It's a silly question, but, OK, I'll bite.

60,801 cylinders x 255 heads or tracks per cylinder x 63 sectors per track x 512 bytes per sector = 500.105249 gigabytes

In other words, 60801 is the number of logical cylinders for a 500GB drive as seen by OS-es such as Windows or tools such as TestDisk, etc.
