i have HDD Samsung 1,8" 200GB HS20YJZ USB 2.0... And its starts, mounting but nothing else... null data area access.

I looking for PCB PATA compatubilyty becacuse chip USB bridge dont have sata interface

someone have similar case?

Check the diagnostic output from the serial terminal pads.

Disk is recognized via USB in PC3k but i cant backup any resources and in task image copy cant not running.

You might don't have a choice but to solder a PATA connector to it

I'm stuck with such a drive and need to save the data.
The disk did spin up a week ago, but now it is over.
When plugin it in PC, the light goes on for a second and then nothing.
No indication of mounting in OS either.
Getting another PCB for this HDD is all that I can think of.

If you still need a new PCB, i have one, my HDD has the click of death but the PCB still works fine.
