I will match the PCB and will start the drive directly. Even the capacity does not matter as far as PCB is a match.

I have not worked much with these but I'm afraid the rom has adaptive in MHT series

Can you post a picture of broken ROM ?
May be pins can still be exposed and a wire be soldered to pins and copied.
