That's a firebird. They are not that popular but i didn't see any problems with compatibility. FBlite didn't work as donors.

fblite works just fine in firebird. If not, then something else is wrong.

There are different slider / preamp combinations among Firebird and FBlite that are not cross-compatible.

This model often incorporates the Wafer 176.1 heads, which is confirmed by a DCM with these letters: xxxVJxx.

However, they may also use K10N heads and the DCM for those is xxxTJxx

(This is one case where the DCM on the drive provides a reliable clue about heads).

You need to find a donor with the same model and DCM digits as noted above to ensure compatibility.
