seagate 500 gb partial access Problem

Hello,

Drive : seagate 500gb , partial Sector access problem .

case details : Someone has already run m0,6,2,,,,,22 command to solve busy error and there were NRG entries (4 entry ).
then Drive comes to me ,now i can access LBA 0- 450,000,000 , rest UNC error .

V40 - gives 0 NRG entry now . I have taken bakup of Resource ( rom , mods, sysfiles )

I know first LBA with UNC error ( LBA - 450,000,000)
Can I edit NRG list or what terminal command should i run ?

OR any system file like 28 ( translator ), 35 should i overwrite from Donar drive ?

I have Salvation tool . There is option of Clear NRG list but I am doubtful .
Data is imp , i can not take risk .

Kept the case on hold , not tried any option because data is imp.
