100739392 should work, i successfully solved a case with your same usb pcb that was faulty.

Do you really need to replace the PCB? Some Samsung PCBs have problems with dry solder joints at the chip inductors. If yours is one of these, then a quick reflow with an iron is all that it needs. Just saying ...
