Diablo 3S unknown problem

Rom: 15.0BC
Problem: Not Detected
Tool : WDMarvel 3.3.1[/b]

1. When connected the hdd goes bsy bsy forever

2. When SA region edit then shows firmware version and model
When try to load Overlay 11 then error
"Error loading module ID11 into RAM, state - 0101"

3. After SA Edit and restore it then can read all modules without problem by ID
but can't write anything (since 11 is not loaded)
IF I try to read sector by sector then "VSCE_UNSUP_ACTION_CODE"
IF I try to load mod 11 then "Error loading module ID11 into RAM, state - 0101"

What tool are you using? PC-3000, MRT?

Edit: Disregard that question... I missed the fact that you already said you're using WDMarvel. I'm afraid I've got no experience working with that tool, so I probably can't help much.

It might be worth trying a different module 11. Sometimes one will work where another failed.
