WD 250GB Zone allocation table Error ( Pinnacle )

I got a 2010 WD 250GB blue WD2500AAJS that comes up with error Zone allocation table : Error and 0GB Capacity.

Drive spins up 2 twice very short 4- 5 seconds and spins down very slight click ( 2 in total ) I replaced the reading heads and same issues. Old heads work in donor surprise there.

Any idea what else to try or do. DDI comes up as 0 capacity too.

Update. A hot pcb swap seems to work drive is reading and writing acceptable.
