Toshiba 500 GB MQ01ABD050 to replace ?

What do you think about this hdd scanning?
My OS cannot load infact It takes more more time and it keeps the same image: Windows is loading....

I used several tools to diagnostic disk:

I have to replace it? hat do you think?
