HDDs with error in communication

June 16th, 2019, 7:09

Hi all,

I have several hard drives which have an error message like
"Problems occurred between the communication of the hard disk and the host" or "Problems Occurred during the spin up of HDD"

Does anyone know can I remove those errors without clearing SMART. I already know how to clear SMART/G-List/P-List ...
i would really like to erase those errors, but to keep other values (like power on time, start counter, etc.)

All hard drives are either Seagate (both F3 and non-F3) or Western Digital.

I will appreciate any kind of help

P.S. for seagate, I can use only terminal. For WD, I have WDR
