OK then guys, i have got another one too.......

It's a 12.5mm IBM travelstar that is 10g in capacity, but it doesnt have a lid so we need to find out what the model is in order to source parts.

It has 3 platters and 6 heads.

(Label) Board # 25L2495F22064A98J94205LW

Printed on the PCB is the following...

94V-0 320 36h4834 01 made in Japan

any ideas or clues in the above ???
