Can the data from these harddrives be recovered?

July 10th, 2019, 14:19

Hello!

I have two old hard drives that I have thrown away at the recycling place, and would out of curiosity know if they can be recovered by someone else.

The first hard drive has been erased with DBAN succesfully, and tried afterwards myself to recover any data and have failed.
After that this hard drive has been physically destroyed, but not with a power drill to make holes in it, but by scratching the entire surface of the platter for about two minutes,
and then bending the platter a lot.

The second hard drive was being erased with DBAN, but then for some reason failed to complete the DBAN. The hard drive simply got destroyed.
If this was occured by some faulty head of the hard drive or something else I don't know, but then i did the same thing with the above hard drive with this one,
i physically destroyed it, but not with a power drill to make holes in it, but scratched the entire surface on the platter for about two minutes, and then bended the platters.

Highly appreciated.
