the problem is that even if I send a reset it does not react, it remains in bsy. I can't get him to do anything I want. I have access to the modules of the sa but if I try to copy them it remains locked to infinity

AIUI …
1/ Find a compatible donor with the same preamp
2/ Perform a hot swap
3/ Read SA modules from patient HDD
4/ Write important patient modules to donor SA (eg defect lists)
5/ Perform a smart hot swap
If the MOVLY001 module is damaged, then there is a way to truncate it in order to avoid any damaged sectors at the end. However, this may not be necessary for a smart hot swap.

Wrong PCB Firmware . Use DV command to find out the current F/W revision . It could be:
2BA6gbnM.d82 , 2BA6gc3M.d82 or 2BA6gbzM.d82 ...(PCB only)
Try PCB with other F/W...
