Did MRT recognise HDD IDs?
Could you read modules?
Did you test SA modules health?

My guesses
ROM not original
Modules manuplated before
Some modules bad or wrong
Weak head 0

ROM is original and hard is intact before costumer came to me.

I do not have detect and ID at all
So first short read channel by short TV9 TV10 and close SA , then try to load loader with " Load 01 Module into HDD RAM "
This is the routine procedure for most case in WD hard drives that dont have detect and ID, and in most of them it get to repair them very well.

In this case I can get to read modules after load 01 Module , but after load 02 drive go to busy which is weird!

its time to get remote help on this one, is ROM native on this drive ?
Modules reads ok but header incorrect explains alot.

Ask drive owner
"Has he ever tried to connect with non notive PCB over Sata or USB. "
