Plates swapped, still not recognized by Windows

Hello, I had an old Seagate Barracuda which crashed after the fall of my previous PC.
I bought ta naw one, same model and swapped the plates.
The new one is still not recognized by windows 10 and beeping/buzzing....
Do you have any idea?

Yes - throw it away. Why on Earth did you open it and swapped plates?
