please, could you advice where is TVS diode for 5V and 12V in PCB of WD5000BEVT-22A0RT0

There's none.
I would recommend replacing the entire PCB.

Location U12 is unpopulated, so a PCB swap probably won't work.

BTW, it's a 5V PCB, so there is no 12V supply.
