No Spin/Registers on power, no terminal output on patient PCB. Read ROM via programmer, wrote to donor PCB, no spin but terminal output:

Code:
SEA-3 Yeti Boot ROM 2.0  (12/06/2007)
Copyright Seagate  2007

Serial FLASH boot code checksum failure!

Boot Cmds:
DS
AP <addr>
WT <data>
RD
GO
TE
BR <divisor>
BT
WW
?
RET
>

Opened ROM in PC3k and am able to see data, Head maps look good, ID parameters are correct. Is there a way to 'patch' the data into a new ROM?

F3RomExplorer reports some checksum errors, but I think they may be benign.

It might help to know how the original PCB failed.

After checking a bunch of things and finding nothing i wrote that rom into a pcb and it started just fine. So the problem is somewhere else...
