I've got an ST1000LM035 with the following terminal output:

Do you have any suggestions about what may be wrong with this drive, and where to look next?

Hello Peter,

it's been a long time since we met, hasn't it? Good to hear from you, i hope you are fine!
Without tools and experience you got very slim chances against this drive but got a nice amount to screw it up more.
I would say it is either heads are weak or SA is damaged, or both.
I do have everything to provide the best possible results, if needed, it's just a call away...

+1, pepe is your best bet!
I'd say most probably SA is damaged, but weak heads and not native PCB are also possible.

with non-native pcb it would fail at SA defect list, not at Discfw, so i kind of ruled that out. Anyway, we got in touch and discussed the matter, client declined the recovery, so the case is probably closed...
