WD ELEMENTS WDBU6Y0020BBK error reading MFT

Hi everyone,
I have this drive, only 2 weeks bought from new.
I had some issue disconnecting it from a computer, I disconnected another one I had from the PC, then inserted this one, and it is not showing up.
DMDE does see the drive, and I actually can see the file list in it, but some of the files are missing or corrupted.
I get "error reading MFT" when opening the NTFS partition it has after scanning the drive.
Is this something I can fix in an easy way with WDMarvel or anything? I also have MRT but dont know how to use it. Nobody is willing to show me even paying...
Any help would be much appreciated!
