For some strange reason for a while, when I start a task in DE, the Max LBAs are never automatically picked up when I choose a source drive connected on any channel on the PC3K. I am forced to always opt to choose max lba by logical in the final step before task creation. It never used to be like that.

Thought it was my version but even after upgrading to the latest it does the same.

Anyone else experience that or am I being stupid.

Need to ask Ace, but so wonder if it’s a stupid tick box I have clicked on somewhere.

Oops. Should have put this in the PC3000 support page.

I've had it a few times after breaking the new task wizard but a restart fixes it. Not unticked read drive id on task initalization have you?

Thanks for the reply. No, I have done that before but no, I double checked. Think it's time to reload my system so maybe a clean sweep will sort it.
