Allnet NAS 3/8 Disks dead

Hi there,

I've an Allnet NAS with 3 defektive disks.
Disks are Seagate Constellation ES.2 ST32000645NS.
They Spin up ticking and shut down.
Problem is also that the customer dont know which RAID is installed.

Need help. Are here any german datarecovery Service in this board?

Hi,

did you try to detect RAID-Config with UFS? You can also check if there are some log files somewhere on a healty drive.

We are located in Germany by the way
