I understand your point. But it may be due to moisture. And this is carbon layer on it. Also it is far away from motor controller IC. When I unscrewed the pcb, there was no single drop of any liquid.

You can try to read the flash ROM. If that succeeds, then that will prove that the MCU is not brain dead.
