I've a wd20ezrx hdd which is not recognized in system.
hdd doesn't have any strange sounds but it restarts after 45 seconds and stops spinning after 90 seconds
it can be seen in the attachment that the capacity is shown 0 and zone allocation table shows error
moreover "Loading module sa dir" fails too and an error page appears
do you have any idea about the problem?

Block SA access on ROM, enter in Kernel mode and load a loader.
Try to see if you can access SA.
Those drives tend to have 1 or more bad/weak heads which prevent the drive to be well recognized.
