4. I disolder the firmware ic and read it with RTF809. I attach rom file.

5. I disolder the firmware ic from another hdd and read it with RTF809. I compare both rom file and in rom file i noticed that patient half of the file is blank.

Can anybody help me to remake rom file so i copy my important data from patient hdd?

I attach hdd pic and also rom file.

Thanks in advance.

If I understand your post. The drive does not power on with the original PCB but does power on with a donor PCB ?

If that's the case it's a lot easier to fix the original PCB than do anything else. Start by posting a hi res picture of the PCB.

It also looks like someone's peeled the label - has someone opened the drive?

If the data is important to you I would suggest you find a DR professional these drives are not easy to work with https://www.cheadledatarecovery.co.uk/2018/02/st2000lm007-st1000lm035-worst-hdd-ever/
