Hello HDD Guru members,

I have a few SATA desktop HD that I bought either used (or white labels ??) that have recently developed bad delays (read & write??) according to HDD regenerator (i have used HDD regenerator that usually errors out with the error:disk is not ready or some such warning!!) ,Victoria HDD repair utilities and was wondering is the HD Platters at fault or is the HDD firmware/IDE BIOS at fault??

Thanks in advance for helpful replies!
