1st PCB:

Between +5Vout and GND (screw hole): 3.47Kohm

Between +5Vout and GND (screw hole): 3.44Kohm
Between +12Vout and GND (screw hole): 36.5Kohm

Good, there are no dead shorts.

Now power up the PCBs and measure the voltages at those points.
