 Post subject: Seagate Hepburn stays Busy

I have got Seagate ST3500312CS / SC 13 from a poor lady. Someone has sold this 2011 as new one. Its Seagate pipeline HD.2 family disk.
I assured her I will give 100% free data which is few excel files and family photos only.
I have tried my best but disk stays busy and not getting detected.
It is not making any clicking noise.
I have opened system file 93 and cleared SMP flags. But that has not improved situation.
I have downloaded 2 loaders from hddsurgery but in vein.
What should I do now.

Have you followed the instructions Ace's F3 manual - section 4.3 might be worth a look.

Northwind was extremely proficient & quick , it took less than 90 seconds for him to finish with this case. It was systematic work.
Its awesome technical expertise. He even didn't charge anything so I was able to offer same to needy person. A great act of kindness.
