Hello
I need your advice
I would like to learn how to recover data for this there are free software and paid systems such as PC-3000, mrtlab, etc. ....
As I don't have a big budget max $2000. Can you advise me what to do, because there are so many that I am lost.

2000 USD isn't going to go very far you really need at least 10x that for hardware and software capabilities. You can forget anything from the PC3K range for example, as the annual support cost exceeds your budget (at least in my region).

A copy of hddsuperclone and DMDE is the cheapest software entry and would probably cover about 60% of what I used to get in to some degree. You'll need the professional licences for most software so don't expect the 50-60 usd price range and start adding another zero to it. DR is very expensive to start offering professional services and if you're only able to offer a software service you'll need to be able to know when to stop or pass on a job.

Yeap, not easy. 2000$ could be enough to buy a couple of software licenses, but no hardware.
May try to get a used DDI4 at least...
