Rest of the board?

Looking at the corrosion either it was sitting in liquid for a long time of there was power to it during the spill. Swapping out the PCB is the easiest place to start but I'd be concerned about the HSA too.

Here is the rest of the board, it doesn’t look as bad, there was some corrosion on the on of the ROM chip so i removed it cleaned and soldered it back on the board. I don’t have a donor right now do you think it’s hard to fix the same board?

Liquid damage is difficult - not only can it let the magic smoke out, it lets the angry pixies run about where ever they like.

Have you checked the rom contents to make sure it's not garbage?

From what I understand you're getting nothing from the heads. I assume the drive spins and makes all the usual sounds, anything from the terminal? There's been liquid all down the left hand side of the board at some point. I can't tell from the photo if there's damage to the tracks on the top row of pads, it looks like there is especially on the right hand side. You could meter these back to check but the problem may still be the preamp.

Id start looking for a donor drive not just a PCB, but second opinions are always welcome.
