Is there any why to recover Rom if it is dead? on Seagate F3.

Is the ROM physically damaged? I have seen posts where people have managed to repair chips with a missing pin. I have also seen a couple of cases with bad bits.

Are you able to retrieve a partial dump?

We got the backup ROM from some source, now hopefully finalize the case.
