HGST HTS5410 Problem

Hi I have this drive and after 20-30 second get ready in MRT but no ID or capacity, any way to get detect on this model? do I need to load loader ?

Send a soft reset; exit then re-enter.

Could you explain more, if you mean edit NVram, change to what value?

unknown is suggesting you start HDD using a single head to see if you have a head failure.
NVRAM needs to be adjusted to start using a single head physical head 1 ("H1") or logical head 0.

When you edit NVRAM will be like 00 01 FF FF; change 01 to 00 and if that doesn't work change 00 to 01.
I am not sure how this is done in MRT; but it's very simple in PC3000.
