Using a DONOR ROM "No other Modifications of Changes " Drive Works And I was Also Able to read all the firmware including mod 190 ,I also get sector access but drive clicks and then registers are disco dancing with that click ,Is this a head issue or we need to make the original ROM work of because i think the encryption is in MCU of this very drive

Your ROM appears to have been modified.

Module 0x20B is being incorrectly flagged as the active directory. The real active directory should be module 0x0B.

Some unlocked PCB's ROM chip 512 kb. But Rom 1024. I have met problem before if write 1024 ROM.bin to 512 chip
Be sure that donor Rom size same as patient.
I have also killed unlocked PCB , after, write ROM to unlocked PCB with MRT 's ex version ( not tested wit V2.1.7.1. )
Could not fix that PCB yet. Ordered a new unlocked PCB again before MRT update

I faced similar issue. If you keep the power on, after few seconds it will go for a restart (aka disco dance)

I have a Charger with a similar fault reported in the patient ROM. In my patient HDD is definitely not a fault with the heads or firmware modules, see:

John

Newer Chargers don't work with older unlocked PCBs, it happens.
