What puzzles me is that you said the patient drive + patient PCB was clicking? That means the drive spins up, does it?
Have you saved patient ROM before you made any attempts?

I went to check the bios with the bios reader plus the patient's bios is dead, don't read it on the recorder and on the PCB board, it doesn't even read the characteristic that is burned because it doesn't heat up, read the donor's bios that I'm going to share here, it has two errors , what solution can I use to recover the patient's ROM that does not read
my friend informed me to make a new attempt freezing with nitrogen nitrogen
what other solution

It is possible to recover rom for this family with a good chance, if you can't get it read from the orig chip.

Probably ROM chip pins doesn't connect to PCB. solder it again.
Also ;
I have killed such type bios chip when heating before. It is sensitive .
