Hi!I have a Western Digital Passport External Drive that isnt loading and showing drive letter when I connect it to Windows 10.I am suspecting its a hardware problem.I opened up the drive and when I connect it to my computer the platter and head run for a short while then stop.Kindly see video below for what I mean. How can I resolve this?

Not a good idea to open the drive, even less to run it with the lid. Heads are dead and there's probably some platter damage in there now too. If the data was important try a pro if not carry on with your DIY HSA replacement but don't be too hopeful.

+1
Very bad idea to open it up and run it without the lid.
