I have this drive that have the heads damaged and i have a donor to swap the heads.
My question is: this model have Helium inside right? so how can i do the procedure and swap the heads and put the helium back to work again?

Yes it is.
Replacing heads on those is very difficult procedure even for top level DR companies. What you gonna do after? There is no commercial tools to deal with SA after heads swap, and there is no developed dr equipment to fill drives with helium.
So, better, skip it to do and pass it by to those who will accept trying to the complex job.
