seagate st1000dm003 password locked

Hello everyone
I am new to the forum I speak French so excuse my broken English

I have in my possession a 1TB seagate hard drive locked with a password after inserting it into a lenovo to do data recovery.

but a problem occurs to me when I try to read the 30A module
nothing actually happens.
I would like to be guided or recommend a specialist for data recovery

Hello,

terminal is actually locked on these, so you cannot access fw without unlocking it first.
This is a complex process, no free tool would do it for you. So your way would be contacting a DR company.
