 Post subject: How to change interface speed

Hi all, I'm new here! :D :D :D
I have a Seagate ST1000VM002 and i checked with seatools and crystalDisk that the Interface used is SATA 150 and the supported is sata 600. Is there a way to change this?

Reading the same manual that you provided, I read this and I Thought that It is limited via S.M.A.R.T
anyway if there is no possibility in changing that feature it doesn't matter that much, is a common hdd that I try to squeeze all it's potential.
