Doubt HDD and bablock reallocated sectors count

Files are downloaded written and corrupted if my HDD has reallocated sectors count and badblocks do these files go to these sectors?

What happens when I burn a DVD disc with files and those files are located in bad sectors (reallocated sectors count) or badblocks? will the DVD disc be burned normally hiding the corruption of these files because they are in these sectors?
