Hi all,
I have a Seagate 5TB M11 which is not reading properly. a new heads been transplanted but there is a issue with the firmware, anyone can help ?
I am using PC3K

new heads are likely to screw up SA so it is not advisable to power it on without measures to prevent that.

after heads transplanted, changes where made to the firmware, and started reading but in a slow mode, but now it's extremely slow.
